These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tab66 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://tab66.cam ("the Platform").

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Platform at any given time. Where multiple accounts are detected belonging to the same individual — identified through shared device fingerprints, IP address history, payment method, or identity documents — tab66 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, withhold pending withdrawals, and recover any bonuses claimed across duplicate registrations.

tab66 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment channels, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR):
The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for standard payment methods. Deposits must be made from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted. tab66 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply independent transaction charges.
The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. All withdrawals must be made to a payment method that matches the identity of the registered account holder. tab66 processes withdrawal requests within the following standard timeframes:
Processing times are estimates and may be extended during periods of high volume, system maintenance, or where additional verification is required. tab66 reserves the right to delay or suspend withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, or Terms violation is suspected.
All Player Account balances, transactions, and bet settlements are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). tab66 does not charge currency conversion fees. Players are responsible for any charges levied by their own bank or payment provider.
All bets placed on tab66 are subject to the specific market rules applicable to each sport or game type. tab66 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including where a bet is placed on markets that have been suspended, where the odds displayed are clearly erroneous, or where suspicious wagering patterns are detected.
Bets are settled in accordance with the published rules for each sport and market. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, tab66's decision — reached following a review of available data sources — shall be final and binding. tab66 uses recognised third-party data providers for match results, including results for Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UEFA competitions, and UFC events.
tab66 may void any bet where: (a) the bet was placed after the event commenced and real-time data was not available; (b) a manifest pricing error was exploited; (c) the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned under circumstances covered by applicable market rules; or (d) the bet forms part of a detected pattern of collusion or system abuse.
In-play (live) betting markets are subject to a slight delay in price updates due to data feed processing. Tab66 is not liable for any discrepancies arising from the player's internet connection speed or device performance during live betting sessions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by tab66 are subject to the specific terms published with each individual promotion. In the absence of specific promotional terms, the following general conditions apply:
tab66 operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to eliminate risk while satisfying wagering requirements, and exploiting pricing errors in conjunction with promotional funds. Where bonus abuse is detected, tab66 reserves the right to void all related wagers, remove all bonus and associated winnings, and permanently close the account.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tab66 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tab66 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, interruption of service, or losses sustained through gambling activity.
tab66's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the claim.
tab66 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. tab66 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of scheduled maintenance periods.
tab66 reserves the right to suspend any player account — temporarily or permanently — at its sole discretion, without prior notice, where: (a) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (b) the account has not been accessed for a period of 24 consecutive months; (c) a regulatory obligation requires suspension; or (d) the player has requested self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling Policy.
Players may request the closure of their account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Closure requests will be processed within 24 to 48 hours. Any real money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to the Player's verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending wagering obligation.
An account is considered dormant if it has not been accessed for a continuous period of 12 months. tab66 may apply a monthly inactivity administration fee of RM10 (or the remaining balance if lower) to dormant accounts, after providing the Player with a minimum of 30 days' written notice to the registered email address. This fee is applied to cover account maintenance costs and ceases upon account reactivation or closure.
All content on the Platform — including but not limited to the tab66 brand name, logo, domain, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of tab66 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gambling purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written authorisation of tab66. Unauthorised use of tab66 intellectual property may result in legal action.
tab66 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at /privacy-policy.
By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, responsible gambling programme administration, and (where you have opted in) marketing communications.
tab66 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data sharing with third-party service providers — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and licensing authorities — is limited to what is necessary for the operation of the Platform and compliance with applicable obligations.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with tab66's support team shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant licensing authority.
Players who are dissatisfied with a dispute outcome may escalate their complaint to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution body. tab66 will cooperate fully with any such investigation.
Nothing in this clause restricts your rights as a consumer in your jurisdiction of residence to seek recourse through applicable consumer protection mechanisms, to the extent that such mechanisms are available and enforceable in respect of online gambling services.
tab66 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, at its sole discretion. Material amendments will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change.
Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept a material change to these Terms, you may close your account before the effective date, and your deposited real money balance will be returned to your verified payment method.
